The Runner’s Strength Program is a monthly subscription. You will be charged $50 every month, on the day you signed up.
You can also sign up annually for $480.

The program is designed to be run in a basic gym with barbells, squat racks, DBs, KBs, and bands. If you don’t have a piece of equipment that is programmed, we will help you make adjustments.
