White Wave On-Ramp
The White Wave On-Ramp is a 2 week (4 session) program to start your private training journey. You will go through a movement assessment, a goal setting session, and performance testing that will direct your custom training plan for the future.
You will finish the On-Ramp program feeling stronger, moving better, and with a clear roadmap to your goals.
What To Expect

Custom Programming
Your coach will write your program to help you achieve your goals. The one on one touch allows for daily and weekly adjustments to ensure that you stay on track and your performance keeps on improving.

Lock In Your Time Slot
Same days, same times, every week. Your training schedule is locked in just for you, allowing for accountability and consistency month over month.

Check-Ins
Sit down with your coach each quarter to review the last three months of training, reassess your goals, and discuss what the next three months look like.

Performance Testing
As a part of the On-Ramp, you will go through a performance testing battery that will be used to guide your program. Testing takes place every 6 months and allows you to accurately track your progress. You will receive a testing report to see your progress.

Convenient Mobile App
Programming is delivered through the TrainHeroic app. Track your training inside the gym and get full access to your program outside of the gym so you can stay on program even if you are out of town.

Nutrition Guidance
As a part of your training, you will receive our Nutrition Guide! This is an information packed document that includes suggestions on what to eat, why to eat it, when to eat, and how much to eat. Also included are a sample fat loss plan, muscle gain plan, and supplement list.
