Cancellation policy.

To ensure the best experience for both you and our coaches, kindly note that any training sessions not rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the session, representing a financial loss equivalent to one session. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

All memberships are month to month. No commitment required. No enrollment fees, maintenance fees, or hidden fees. Memberships require a credit card on file at time of sign up. Cancellation requests must be made 3 days prior to the start of the billing cycle in writing via e-mail to take effect.
