You are an Athlete – Train like one! This 60-minute session provides a full-body strength-focused workout. You never know what you’re going to get with our scientifically-designed Strength programs. We promise to challenge your entire body and mind so you leave feeling unstoppable. Whether you are a former athlete or starting your fitness journey, this class will take you to the next level.

Performance Testing
Join us for an exciting opportunity to showcase your athletic skills at our Free Performance Testing! Athletes of all levels are invited to participate. Measure your explosiveness, speed, and strength and track your progress. Every athlete will receive a testing report with their results.
