Team Training
Off-Season team training is essential to increase athletic performance for athletes and prepare them for the season. The off-season starts with an assessment of mobility, strength, acceleration, and power. The training program is designed from these results and progress is monitored through various tests throughout.
The main objectives for in-season team training are to increase physical preparedness for competition, maintain strength and power, and reduce the risk of injury.
